Civil Engineer (Hillsborough, NJ) – Perform engineering analysis and material testing related to bitumen, concrete and soil materials; Utilize AutoCAD and CIVIL 3D for precise project drawings and modifications, ArcGIS for detailed spatial analysis and mapping; Optimize foundation design and performance using Advanced Geotechnical Design and L-Pile software; Conduct asphalt plant inspections, perform asphalt binder and material testing, and carry out laboratory tests in compliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and environmental considerations; Ensure work is being performed in accordance with approved engineering drawings, specifications, and all applicable codes & standards in Design-build Project Delivery; Analyze and assess engineering blueprints and structural and shop drawings for inspection; Perform geotechnical design, analysis, and inspections using L-Pile, Matlab, WINSAS, and STAAD Pro, ensuring accurate analysis and optimization of foundation design and structural performance.
Requires Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering plus skills and knowledge of AutoCAD and CIVIL 3D, Geotechnical Design/L-Pile, WINSAS, Asphalt/concrete/soil material testing, Matlab, STAAD pro.
